4. Orders & Payment
By submitting an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout via WooPayments, Stripe, or PayPal. All transactions are encrypted. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Printful) and dropshipping partners (CJ Dropshipping). Production and shipping times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
