Physical Products

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most physical products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• To initiate a return: Contact us with your order number and the reason for return
• Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Refund processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products (PDFs, printables, workbooks, planners) are final. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your files.

Sanctuary Boxes

Sanctuary Boxes may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Due to the curated nature of these items, opened boxes cannot be returned. If any item inside your box arrives damaged, we will replace that item.
